Delivery Service Guarantee Policy

Streamlite offers the following delivery service guarantee policy to direct customers of our services (i.e. must have a Streamlite customer ID).

In the event of a late delivery, defined as delivery one or more business days after the published standard delivery commitment time for the selected service offering and destination, a credit equal to the freight charge for the specific package will be issued to your Streamlite account, provided the following terms and conditions are met. This service guarantee is your exclusive remedy in the event of a late delivery for the recovery of all or any portion of the Streamlite delivery fees for that shipment.

Terms and Conditions of the Guarantee Policy

The Streamlite Delivery Service Guarantee applies to:

  • Packages sent to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States, and
  • Packages sent with Delivery Confirmation, and
  • Final USPS scan, or absence thereof, must confirm delayed or late delivery, and.
  • Claims must be generated as a result of end-consumer complaint to the direct Streamlite customer.

Limitations

The Streamlite Delivery Service Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Packages sent to destinations outside the contiguous 48 United States or to APO/FPO addresses.
  • Packages with destination addresses deemed non-verifiable (cannot be CASS-certified) or non-compliant with automation requirements of the Streamlite and USPS processing systems.
  • Packages delayed due to security, regulatory delays, inclement weather or other Force Majeure beyond Streamlite’s reasonable control.
  • Periods when the USPS is not operating (e.g. USPS holidays). Calculation of the service guarantee delivery times for periods that include holidays will be made by extending the guarantee for a period equal to the length of the holiday.
  • The guarantee is not available during the seven calendar days prior to December 25 in any year.
  • Streamlite is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages resulting from delayed delivery or failure to attempt on-schedule delivery.

The terms of this policy may be superseded by contract agreements that include discounted or customized service level agreements.
