When should I expect my tracking information to appear?
It is not uncommon for the ship confirmation to arrive 24-36 hours prior to the date your package is processed for delivery by Streamlite.
When should I expect delivery?
Once your package has been processed, Streamlite delivery occurs within 5 business days. Please know that the package will be delivered to your location by your US Postal carrier at the time they typically deliver all of your mail.
What is USPS Delivery Confirmation?
USPS Delivery Confirmation allows Streamlite to display complete end-to-end visibility of a package’s transit to final residential delivery. Customers gain additional tracking visibility after the package is transferred to the U.S. Post Office and throughout the final delivery process.
What if my shipment did not include USPS Delivery Confirmation?
If the shipper did not choose USPS Delivery Confirmation, Streamlite and the U.S. Post Office cannot track your package after it is “Accepted by USPS”. No additional scans will be displayed after this event.
What if I need to change the delivery address?
If you need to change your delivery address, you must notify your shipper (the business from which you ordered your product). They will contact Streamlite as necessary. Please note that all address changes must originate with the shipper.
Can I specify special delivery instructions?
Streamlite works in conjunction with the US Postal Service for delivery. You should expect that your local US Postal carrier will handle your package with the same care and attention of your other mail.
Can I specify a delivery time?
Streamlite does not influence the time of day that the US Postal Service delivers your mail. You should expect that your local US Postal carrier will deliver your package at the time that they normally make deliveries in your area.
