From pickup throughout the delivery chain, we handle each parcel with care. It starts at point of origin where the package is scanned and entered into OnTrack™, our proprietary technology platform. Once shipments arrive at a Streamlite processing distribution center, they are weighed, verified, sorted, and then shipped on to the geographically appropriate Streamlite location for distribution. A second scan (actual, not predictive) upon arrival at the distribution center provides critical tracking information in real time. Once inserted into the USPS stream, it is ready for delivery and a final scan to confirm it was received by your customer.
We built the Delivery Stream with features that enable us to ensure timely delivery and seamlessly handle issues along the way.
Address Verification and ZIP Code Correction: Each package entered into our system is CASS certified for maximum deliverability. ZIP codes are corrected at this time, as well. If we can’t verify the address, we can send the package First Class/Priority or send it back to you, whichever you choose.
Address Correction: When your customer calls with an address change after the parcel has left your dock – don’t worry. We track everything at the package level, so we know where your shipments are, which makes address changes a piece of cake.
Returns Management: Returns can be both challenging and costly to manage. We can handle returns for you based on your needs–whether you want us to simply inventory the packages or redirect, return, recycle or destroy them.
Mid-stream Package Retrieval: If you need to recall a package for any reason – no problem. We’ll pull it out of the Delivery Stream and return it to you.
